Jenna travels to you. Saint-Martin & Sint Maarten — no minimum, Jenna is based there. Saint-Barthélemy — the logistics fee is shared between the day's clients and confirmed 48h before your appointment, so you know the exact amount in advance.

Saint-Barth appointments include an optimised scheduling arrangement. A fixed logistics adjustment will be communicated to you 48 hours before your appointment along with a secure payment link for the remaining balance.

Your appointment is secured upon confirmation by Jenna. Full payment (services + any applicable fees) is due 48 hours before your appointment via a secure payment link. Cancellation more than 48h before: no charge. Within 48h: cancellation fee applies. No-show: full amount due.
